    Gift wrapping and packaging

    Yes I giftwrap- $4.00 I will wrap with professional grade paper- either blue or green, and add a handwritten note with your message. (tell me in the comments what you want it to say)

    How can I get my order faster?

    Order my "Rush Order" listing to expedite your items. The rush order moves yours to the front of the queue to get made next. (Without a Rush, orders get made in the order they were received, regardless of shipping choice.) You can put this on the same order as your other items.
    Also, choosing "priority shipping" at checkout will speed up your delivery.

    Suspender returns?

    Since suspenders are custom made to your color and size choices, I will accept exchanges if the sizing isn’t right. You are responsible for shipping costs but I will happily make you a different size. Please measure using my instructions on the listing.

    LOST IN THE MAIL/put the wrong address on package.

    I am unfortunately not responsible for items that I have made and shipped and that the post office has lost. Contact me for a 50% refund - we both lose when a package goes missing. It doesn't happen often but now and then it will happen.
    If you entered the wrong address, there is nothing I can do for you, sorry. I suggest writing a letter to the current occupant of the address and asking them to forward your package.
